MAKE THE ULTIMATE HOMEMADE PIZZA

The tastiest pizza starts with Deli Dough. Made with doughy goodness, our organic and vegan dough balls are freshly made by hand and frozen, sealing all the goodness in. Delivered directly to your front door, simply let the doughs defrost, watch them rise, then get hands-on. Once stretched out, garnish them with your favourite topping, creating the ultimate authentic homemade pizza.

1. DEFROST

Want some pizza? Simply place your pizza dough into a large bowl and let it defrost slowly in your fridge. After about six hours of rest, your pizza dough should be all defrosted and have slightly risen.

2. FLOUR

Once defrosted, remove from the fridge and coat with flour, shape and cover with a damp tea towel until it’s at room temperature and you’re ready to roll.

3. STRETCH N SHAPE

Time to stretch and shape. To achieve a true Italian style pizza, we suggest stretching and shaping your dough by hand, watch our tutorial ‘How to’.

4. HEAT

To achieve a pizza full of flavour, with the perfect crust and bite, turn up the heat! Turn your oven up to around 220 – 250°C, or if you’ve got a pizza oven crank it up to 500°C.

5. FLAVOUR

Each of variety of dough gives it’s own flavour, thanks to the organic quality ingredients we source and traditional, authentic Italian recipe we use.

6. COOK
