Antipasti Charcoal Pizza

This classic mix of Italian antipasti on top of our charcoal pizza dough is perfect for great al fresco dining. Stock up on fresh vegetables and pasta sauce for this tasty homemade pizza topped with antipasto favourites.

INGREDIENTS

1 ball charcoal pizza dough
2-3 tbsp tomato pizza sauce
Large handful grated mozzarella
1 small courgette, thinly sliced into rounds
5-6 artichoke heart quarters (from a jar)
7-8 pieces of chargrilled pepper (from a jar)
5-6 black olives, pitted and halved
1/2 ball mozzarella

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 250ºC.

Stretch out the charcoal pizza dough into a 12” round and lay onto a floured heavy baking tray.

Cook for 2-4 minutes until the dough is just starting to puff up.

Spread the tomato sauce over the base and sprinkle over the grated mozzarella.

Top with the courgette, artichoke hearts, chargrilled peppers, olives and mozzarella.

Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
