Sun-dried Tomato and Artichoke Turmeric Pizza

Artichokes have the starring role in this pizza, which also features a creamy herb, tangy sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. This is truly the best artichoke and sun-dried tomato pizza.

INGREDIENTS

1 ball turmeric pizza dough
2-3 tbsp tomato pizza sauce
2 handfuls grated mozzarella
4-5 sun-dried tomatoes
5-6 artichoke heart quarters (from a jar)
7-8 cherry tomatoes, halved
4-5 green olives, pitted and halved
1/2 ball mozzarella, torn into rough chunks
1/2 tbsp fresh pesto

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 250ºC.

Stretch out the turmeric pizza dough into a 12” round and lay onto a floured heavy baking tray.

Cook for 2-4 minutes until the dough is just starting to puff up.

Spread the tomato sauce over the base and sprinkle over half of the grated mozzarella.

Top with the sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, olives, mozzarella chunks and the remaining grated mozzarella.

Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.

Serve with a drizzle of fresh pesto.
